Stereo - Del Shannon - Keep Searchin' (We'll Follow The Sun) - 1964-65

If you're a fan of Stereo, I'm sure you have your share of Del Shannon!
Oddly, there is not a single CD that contains the "best" Stereo sound
quality! If you want the "best" Stereo sound, you must buy two or three
CDs! Some tunes, such as "Little Town Flirt", have Left and Right Stereo
channels swapped between CDs! A poor review of All Music Guide (AMG),
may inspire you to buy a particular Del Shannon CD set, because of their
Stereo praise, only to be disappointed by Monophonic tracks! While this
particular cut isn't going to win any Audiophile awards, it is Stereo!...

Del, come on down and receive your round of applause!
Great song!

Great! I'd forgotten about this wonderful Del Shannon song! Good to
remember another fine song by him! He, of course, was a major
influence on Jeff Lynne who is now renowned as the Electric Light
Orchestra's writer / producer extraordinaire!

Cool! Didn't know that, Bip!

Thanks!

Uni

Did you ever hear the album he released in 1967?
I am curious about it. He worked with Andrew Loog Oldham
and was hopeful, then the record company lost interest in promoting it
because of the new trends at the time, like Monterey.

Supporting information please. A lot was an influence on Jeff Lynne.
Listen to Gene Pitney's productions in the late 60s for example.
