Rick, I think that's more a function of whatever software you using as your newsreader than what version of Windows.
(although you should run, not walk, to the nearest incinerator with WindowsME...... )

It looks from the headers like you're using Mozilla/Netscape 4.7 to read and post. I don't have that on a machine here but maybe at work I do. I'll look and see if I can find the place to change it, or if anyone else knows, jump in.

There should be something in the menu bar that says <tools> or <options>. It'll be in there.
