NONE of the ships had any lifebuoys on the upper open decks!
Norwegian Cruise Lines- NONE! FREEDOM OF THE SEAS-NONE!
There were about 8 ships profiled on the show. None had any floatation devices of any kind.
They tell you on all cruise ships that if a passenger falls overboard from the ship or if someone falls off another ship in a harbor- you're supposed to immediately yell "Man Overboard!"; then throw them a floatation device!
How do you do that if NONE IS AVAILABLE?
Whover is in charge of safety rules aboard all cruise ships needs to take a look at these ships!

| | I need to travel from Costa Rica 3/30 to Panama then back to Costa Rica 4/3 (max). Can anyone recommend the best way to get there. A flight is really {censored} approximately 283. round trip. That's a lot for me. I hoped to take a train however, looks like that is not constructed yet. Is a rent a car the, safest, fastest, most comfortable, cheapest? My husband has back trouble so that's an issue. How long (by car) does it take to get to Panama from San Jose, CR? How are the roads? Lot's of Q's I hope it's not a burden. I need the help. I've been to Costa Rica and love it. My husband dreams of retiring in Panama. This would be his real "look" at Panama. Any comment would be a great help. Thanks Deborah |
