Exactly. Can anyone say 'lack of impact'? How about 'lack of resonance'. Why should any of us now give a crap about this upcoming story when the IICs have just unneccessarily replaced two of the major players in the storyline?

GH really is all about the mob isn't it. I've been watching for about 3 months now, and I don't recognize half of the cast or characters. I guess that's because they're rarely on.

Almost! Carole pointed out that Sandra was an actress on Another World both before & after Jill was there as a producer. I agreed & noted that Sandra was on two other shows where Jill was NOT on staff there.

Although I would go ahead & add that it's not just the appearance of preferring to work with certain actors. She is known for firing, for running actors off, for hiring FOJs as recasts or creating roles for them. She hasn't done a lot of this at GH because she began at GH in Music Production & coming back as Exec. Producer is coming full circle for her AND she has little power there.
